Change the vote to who? The man who wants to embrace and extend most every failed policy of the Bush Administration? The one who can't wait to jump into another war? Yeah, I think so.

No, there's no excuse here for the Democrats. Of course, that doesn't make the Republicans any more palatable as an alternative.

And of course McCain didn't vote for it. He <a href="As reported in the W@W thread, there is a yellow jacket nest in a log in Phase I at Wakefield. It is located to your right immediately after you come out of the last big dip in Phase I before you reach the u-turn to the right at the the top of the climb. It is marked with three orange flags. The nest is in the rear of the small log to the right of the middle flag. The bees are pretty active so you should keep to the left side of the trail." rel="nofollow">doesn't vote for anything!</a> (61.8% of votes missed, this Congress) Gotta rest, I guess.

does this change your vote? I don't think the "election year" excuse can fly for democrats in this situation. Funny thing is that McCain didn't vote for it and Obama did. ;-)

Who knew all the years of self-imposed censorship conditioned by justified paranoia and absolute knowledge that all our communications to the US were recorded and/or read is going to come in handy now. And people think you learn no handy life skills in the Middle East.
