IAD to SFO.  Given the reviews, I&#8217;m pretty excited about it.  I&#8217;ve long since decided that US airlines could use some real competition.  In the past four years, I&#8217;ve taken domestic flights that are better than US flights in the following countries: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kulula.com\/Default.aspx\">Kulula<\/a> in South Africa, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.jetairways.com\/\">Jet Airways in India<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.dragonair.com\/da\/en_INTL\/homepage\">Dragon Air in China<\/a>, and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.airblue.com\/index.asp\">Air Blue<\/a> in Pakistan.
