Arlington will be represented at the 8th\u00c2\u00a0 Congressional District and State Democratic Conventions by elected delegates and\u00c2\u00a0 alternates. There are four categories of positions: Clinton delegate, Clinton\u00c2\u00a0 alternate, Obama delegate, and Obama alternate. These delegates and\u00c2\u00a0 alternates will be expected to attend (at their own expense) the 8th District\u00c2\u00a0 Convention on May 17 in Alexandria and the State Convention on June 14 in\u00c2\u00a0 Hampton.<\/p>\n
