There&#8217;s a bikeporn contest going on!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Actually, now that I write that title, I realize that I can address *all* of you, as the contest was not technically limited to DC.\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0 Freewheeling Spirit, proprietor of his <a href=\"http:\/\/freewheelingspirit.blogspot.com\/\">eponymous blog<\/a> and the most excellent <a href=\"http:\/\/bikesfortherestofus.blogspot.com\/\">Bikes for the Rest of Us<\/a> site, had to go and cancel his <a href=\"http:\/\/freewheelingspirit.blogspot.com\/2008\/05\/2nd-annual-bike-porn-contest.html\">bikeporn contes<\/a>t for <a href=\"http:\/\/freewheelingspirit.blogspot.com\/2008\/06\/bummer.html\">lack of participation<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>As someone who spends a fair amount of time and money enjoying bikeporn, I find this greatly disappointing.\u00c2\u00a0 So c&#8217;mon, make an entry anyway and guilt him into opening the contest back up.\u00c2\u00a0 This&#8217;ll be the entry I send in:<\/p>\n<p>(I had to put it on the other side of the jump, as it may inspire strong reaction if it&#8217;s viewed without warning.)<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/farm1.static.flickr.com\/91\/244930703_1d79128763.jpg?v=0\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"375\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Told you.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Actually, now that I write that title, I realize that I can address *all* of you, as the contest was not technically limited to DC.\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0 Freewheeling Spirit, proprietor of his eponymous blog and the most excellent Bikes for the Rest of Us site, had to go and cancel his bikeporn contest for lack of participation.
