An excellent DVD on the subject of Democracy versus Terrorism is, The Fall of Fujimori.
This was a 2006 Sundance feature that sums up how the Peruvian killed their own Constitution in the process of killing terrorists.
It is well worth hunting this film down at the local video store of at your library.
